How can you join in?

You can log any activity you might be doing from 30th July to the 5th August, from walking to wakeboarding (on the Wandle!) and running to rugby, you can log your miles no matter what you’re doing or who you are with!

Easy ways to reach your mile(s)
  • Join one our led activities
  • Walk 2,300 steps
  • Cycle for 5-7 minutes
  • Jog for 10-12 minutes

On 30th July there will be a host of led walks, rides and runs along the Wandle Trail. A full list will be updated in the lead up to the event and can be found here.

Morden Hall Park
