Deen City Farm is an urban farm in the London Borough of Merton. It was originally established in 1978, where now the Phipps Bridge Estate stands. It moved to its current 5-acre site on Bunces Meadow — part of the National Trust’s Morden Hall Park — in 1994.
It’s a working farm with gardens and a riding school, run with an educational focus to teach city-dwelling children about a rural environment and where their food may come from.
The farm offers a huge range of activities and events including educational visits for schools, affordable riding lessons for local residents and holiday schemes working in the farmyard.
See domestic animals and small pets from cows to tiny chickens, alpacas to guinea pigs, not to mention one of the most popular residents, a barn owl called Edna.
