This is a mixed ability running group offering varied sessions
Running can be a fantastic form of exercise benefiting both your physical fitness as well as mental well-being. It’s a way to get in shape and release the stresses of our everyday lives!
The sessions of the Morden Running group are designed for a mixed-ability group. This means that you will be able to train at your current fitness level. It’s not a continuous run. We do various repetitions, exercises, games. The goal of these sessions is to help you become a better runner! For some people this might be being able to run a longer distance or becoming faster or improving your running technique to stay injury free. Come and try it out!
