If you have a mat please bring it with you.
Practising yoga can help you improve strength and flexibility. It can also help you relax and become mentally stronger.
These sessions are £2.50 pay as you go. no advance booking needed.

Rachel is a qualified yoga instructor. She teaches yoga in numerous contexts, working with students aged 5 years old to 89. Rachel says she adores her work and enjoys welcoming new students into the group.
