This is a fun class that offers variety to make sure you’re working various muscle groups! And there’s music to boost your energy.
The session includes some strength training as well as elements of pilates and even some zumba! It’s a unique mix, so come and try it out!
These sessions are £2.50 pay as you go and no advance booking is needed.

Carmen is a qualified Group Exercise Instructor and also a qualified psychotherapist (member of the BACP). She is passionate about the benefits of exercise for both mental and physical well-being and particularly enjoys instructing dance fitness classes and working with the 50+ age group.
