This is a great introduction to running!
You can join this group no matter how out of shape you feel and how much out of breath you get when attempting to sprint for the bus!
This is a group for people of all ages, abilities and sizes who want to use running as a method of getting fit but have either never run before or have tried running but have not continued for various reasons.
This session is not a continuous run. You will walk, jog, run and do various exercises with the goal of improving your overall fitness and building good running form.
We know that everyone is usually very nervous before coming to their first group running session. But there is really no reason to worry! At our session in King George’s Park you will not be left behind! Our sessions are structured in a way that allows everyone to train at their current level.
Just come and try it out!

Xavier is an England Athletics qualified Coach in Running Fitness and also a level 1 triathlon coach. He’s a keen middle distance runner and enjoys all types of outdoor activities. Xavier is passionate about helping people achieve their potential.
